How we handle your money.

Every fee, named and explained. No surprises, no fine print.

What happens when someone pays you

When a customer completes a purchase, their payment flows through three layers — each one visible to you in your dashboard.

Example: A $50 product sale

Customer pays $50.00
Payment processing (Stripe: 2.9% + $0.30) -$1.75
Platform fee (varies by plan) -$1.00
You receive $47.25

That's it. Three lines. The gross amount, what the payment processor charges, and what we charge. Everything else is yours.

Payment processing fees

We use Stripe to handle payments. Their fees are passed through at cost — we don't mark them up.

  • Online: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
  • In-person (card reader): 2.6% + $0.10 per tap or swipe
  • No monthly Stripe fees from us — just per-transaction costs

These are Stripe's published rates. International cards and currency conversion may incur additional Stripe fees.

Our fees

Our platform fee is a small percentage of each transaction. It varies by plan — higher plans have lower fees. Your plan page shows your exact rate.

  • No monthly minimums
  • No setup fees
  • No hidden charges
  • Fee shown on every transaction in your dashboard

Donations flow directly to you.

When someone donates to your organization, 100% of their gift goes to you minus only the payment processing fee. We do not take a platform fee on donations.

Donors can optionally cover the processing fee so you receive the full amount. When they check that box, the math works like this:

Donation amount $100.00
Fee coverage (donor-paid) +$3.20
Processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) -$3.29
You receive $99.91

Refunds are straightforward.

Full or partial refunds are processed through your dashboard. The refund goes back to the customer's original payment method. Stripe's processing fee is not returned on refunds — this is a Stripe policy, not ours.

Your platform fee is refunded proportionally. If you refund half an order, half the platform fee comes back to you.

Your money is safe.

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see, store, or transmit credit card numbers. Card data goes directly from your customer's browser to Stripe's servers.

Customer data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Shipping addresses, names, phone numbers, and email addresses are encrypted in our database. We use TLS 1.3 for all data in transit.

We do not sell data. We do not share data. Your customers' information belongs to you.
