Changing Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime:

Upgrading

• Immediate access to new features
• Prorated charge for remainder of billing period
• No data migration needed

Downgrading

• Takes effect at next billing date
• Keep premium access until then
• May need to reduce items if over limits. Downgrade eligibility checks three membership limits (tiers, collections, items) in addition to the standard product/subscriber/team limits. If you're over the target plan's cap, Equipoise surfaces a blocker before the change takes effect — archive or remove the excess first.
