This guide covers all aspects of managing your Equipoise subscription.

Accessing Subscription Settings

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Click Settings in the sidebar
  3. Click the Billing tab

How to Upgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Find the plan you want in the plan picker
  3. Click Upgrade
  4. Confirm the upgrade in the dialog

How to Downgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Find the plan you want in the plan picker
  3. Click Downgrade
  4. Confirm the downgrade in the dialog

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription in the Subscription box
  3. Confirm cancellation in the dialog

Updating Payment Method

How to Update

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Payment Method in the Subscription box
  3. Update your card details in the billing portal
  4. Save changes

Viewing Billing History

Accessing Invoices

  1. Go to Subscription settings
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Click Billing History
  4. Download any invoice as PDF

Each invoice includes:

Reactivating After Cancellation

If you cancelled and want to return:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Click Reactivate Subscription
  4. Choose your plan
  5. Enter payment details

Your data is preserved, so you pick up where you left off.

Billing Issues

Failed Payment

If a payment fails:

  1. We'll email you immediately
  2. You have 7 days to update payment
  3. After 7 days, account downgrades to Starter
